ARM AESTHETICS
Arm sagging occurs on the rear and inner parts due to aging, weight fluctuations, and other factors. An arm lift, also known as brachioplasty, removes excess saggy skin and fat tissue to contour the arms. This procedure can be done on its own or combined with other body contouring surgeries like tummy tucks, breast enhancements, or leg lifts.

SURGICAL METHODS
- Liposuction: This method is ideal when there is excess fat but the skin quality is still good with no sagging.
- Arm Lift: If there is both fat and sagging skin, an arm lift is recommended. This procedure involves making an elliptical incision in the inner and rear areas of the arms to remove excess skin and fat. Liposuction can be performed in the same session on other areas of the arms if needed.
TYPE OF ANESTHESIA AND PROCEDURE LENGTH
- Anesthesia: The surgery is performed under general anesthesia.
- Procedure: The incision site is stitched internally in two layers, and padding is applied at the end of the operation. A corset is recommended by your doctor and should be worn for 2-3 weeks.
RECOVERY PERIOD
- Post-Surgery: Patients can usually return home 2-3 hours after the procedure. The padding is removed the following day to check the operation site, and the patient is fitted with a special corset to wear for 2-3 weeks.
- Activities: It’s recommended to keep your arms elevated. After the recovery period, you can resume sports and exercises that do not require significant arm movement.
